Tips on sleep training a 10 month old?

Edit: we need to sleep train because baby girl wakes up every two hours at night and only goes back down if fed.

We tried back when she was 6 months old and it was starting to work. My dumbass broke the consistency because she was teething and ever since then she has learned to stand up in the crib which has made it more difficult.

She is 10 months old..... I don’t care if she doesn’t sleep through the night. If she wakes up still once or twice at night I’ll call that a win. She will currently wake up now anywhere from 3-6 times a night like she is a newborn. I just want her to learn how to put herself back to sleep when she wakes up. I’m so exhausted and literally crying in frustration because I’m so tired of this. Don’t judge me. I’m at my end to get her to start sleeping.
