Spotting or second MC in a row? (NO PICTURE)

I was wondering if anyone else has gotten a vvfl positive test and then had spotting/implantation bleeding?

I tested 2 days ago with FR and it was vvfl +. I tested yesterday with a cheap one and I thought I saw another vvvvfl, but I’m not so sure anymore. I tested again today with FR and I thought I saw a vvfl, but I don’t know anymore.

I know I have line eyes and my brain is going to try to show my what I want to see. I had a miscarriage last month and I’m worried that I’m re-living a nightmare from hell again.

I have checked my CM almost every day and it’s been white and creamy.

I had cramps last night and I felt like I was leaking some fluid, but it turns out I was just producing a ton of white and creamy CM. My cervix has been super high and soft, too.

I just started bawling as soon as I saw blood this morning. It was light pink/a little brown/red and it almost had a watery consistency look on the toilet paper. I’ve had cramps all morning, but they haven’t been bad. I definitely don’t have all of the same symptoms as I did last month with MC.

So, have any of you ladies every had a vvvfl + and then had spotting? I’m only projected to be 3w6d. 11-12DPO & AF in 2-4 days. I have PCOS so my cycle is a little irregular, but usually stays around 29 days.
