Baby acne?

I had made a post about a week ago with a picture of my baby girls face. She started getting what I assumed was baby acne and that seemed to be the consensus on here as well. She was 10 days old at the time. She is now 17 days old and it’s gotten worse. 
We had a nurse at our house a few days ago and she agreed it was baby acne but it just looks awful. 
I have an Aveeno baby lotion but I’m afraid to put anything on it without knowing for sure what it is.

Could be eczema also, that’s pretty common for newborns to develop as well. I also read that some severe baby acne has to be treated cortisone creams prescribed by your doctor. Check with your pediatrician if you are worried though.

Did you put any products on her face between the time of the first photo and the second? It almost looks like to me she had baby acne with cradle cap on it now. Anytime my kids ever started getting that yellow on their face/head, I took baby oil and rubbed a little on and then take a baby brush and lightly brush it off. This would be tricky though because of the acne underneath.

Do you breastfeed? Try putting breast milk on it. Also, now that it looks like that I would have the doc take a look. In the meantime, breast milk is perfectly safe to put on it.
