Im 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant.. need tips on what to do to dialate cause I’m currently at 0 cm, no sign of mucus plug coming out either and doctor tried doing a membrane sweep Friday but cervix is completely shut :((( i been walking , excersing, having sex, eating spicy food, nipple stimulation, massage and nothinnng . Any tips thanks all is appreciated
