Hi ladies,
So I've gained a lot of weight. 15kg (33 pounds) I'm currently 106kg (233 pounds)
I work 6am to 2.30pm everyday basically. I wake up at 4.30am every morning and try to get to bed by 9pm every night. And of course I don't eat great after work because I'm either lazy or too tired. During work I either eat whatever's on hand (cakes, toast, pies, or servo food) simply because of time. I know, I think my first problem is laziness, but work isn't exactly a happy place. I'm a hospital assistant so I'm always on my feet. Anyway,
I was hoping you lovely ladies could help me with some advice on the right steps to eating better. Tips, recipes anything to help me get started. :) thank you! :)
