What are ya’ll using for bath time? Power leg struggle

My baby girl has been no fun during bath time lately! We use this bath tub and she will stretch out her legs, lift her whole body up, and then fall into the water over and over! She doesn’t want to sit up yet though. Anybody have anything that works well for them?

My son has a similar tub and I have it down in my big bath tub and I just sit on the edge of my tub and put my foot between his legs in the water so if he kicks he just bumps my foot

Lol she did that this morning in the tub, but looked like she was having a blast lol she had a huge smile. And did crazy legs and made water go everywhere.

My baby did the exact same thing. In that exact same tub. 
After about two weeks, he stopped. I just gently kept putting him back down in the tub and tried to wash quickly lol

We use a tub much like yours in the picture but we also put the blooming bath lotus inside of it so my baby is comfy. He seems to love the combo. Just hang to dry and it is machine washable so you can wash and dry in between uses!

We use the boon soak and my baby loves it. The insert keeps her propped up and she can splash some, but is still supported. It may be too similar to what you are already using to make a big difference for your baby, but maybe!

I use a simple $7 baby bath sponge. Not me/my baby; ad picture:

Used that to lay him flat in the base of the tub. I fill it to very little water so he can't turn his head into it and use a thin baby hooded bath towels like a warm blanket by repeatedly soaking it with warm water, covering him, and repeating as needed as the water in the towel cools. I uncover him as needed to wash and rinse him. Once he's clean I hold him (in the bath) and fill the tub more while he plays and enjoys the water. Once he's a little closer to 6 months, I'll be introducing his bath seat and possibly bathing with his 2 year old brother--the latter depending on whether his brother is too wild in the tub 😆 Ad pictures again below. These are normally $40 but I got one used for $20.
