Meal prepping
I just started meal prepping and I've already lost 10lbs! I make everything fresh. It's time consuming but so worth it. These ars the preps I did tonight. Will be finishing the last one tmrw(the chicken is still frozen) lol.

Fish, white rice, asparagus, roasted tomatoes.

Zoodles(zucchini noodles), turkey meatballs.

Ended up doing chicken teriyaki! Mmmm.... When I tell y'all everything is delicious! This will last me over a week because I do meal replacements in the morning and afternoon with health snacks in between. I eat the meal preps for dinner.
