Spitting up at 13 weeks

My LO has been spitting up so much more the past 2 weeks.

I don’t know if she’s over eating or if it’s the formula or if it’s from teething.

She’ll take a bottle and down the whole thing and then within minutes almost half of it comes back up. She’s been on gentle ease since birth and we started giving her gentle ease premium idk how different they are. But she’s also been drooling like crazy and chewing on her hands so much and I heard that swallowing all the extra drool can cause them to spit up more.

She’s gaining weight but it’s making me nervous.

She also started doing this thing atleast once a day where she loses her mind crying her diaper will be changed, fed burped and no cuddles will work. I pretty much have to strip her down to a diaper and let her hang out or do that then swaddle her because she’s refusing sleep.
