Could those be teeth? My little guys isn’t even 3 months

Hopefully they are Epstein pearls, he is super grizzly and chewing on his hands tho.  His big brother had 4 teeth at 4 months aswell

That's pretty crazy placement for teeth, they usually grow into the spots where they will be. If they were teeth that close to the surface they would have cut through by now and you would not have slept in days because the front two are big, blunt motherf🤬ckers

I don’t know about teeth but his frenulum looks restricted. Does baby have a possible lip tie?

I would say it’s Epstein pearls. They usually start teething in the lower anterior arch but I could be wrong.
