23 years old, heavy daily discharge\cm

So I just wanted to hear your thoughts, for the last two years now Ivve had a pretty consistent increase in cervical mucous\discharge on a dsily basis.

Its generally between stringy to cloudy with a tinge of yellow.

I'm a virgin so no sti's, although I have been tested and all clear as the only type of activity ive done is recieve and give oral.

I do have polycystic ovaries so I do have a bit of a hormone imbalance.

But my undies are constantly stained and I just hate the feeling.

My naturopath said I'm just very fertile at my age so my question is, am I what would be peak fertility? Could this be why I have a lot of cervical mucous most days its like eggy white and a bit cloudy\yellowish.
