When do i start shopping

I’ll Find out the gender October 24th at my ultrasound appointment.  
When should i start shopping and what items do i buy first ?

You can shop whenever you feel comfortable! I waited til 12 weeks. Would have waited longer but there was an awesome consignment sale that only happens twice a year. I’m a big second-hand shopper, so for some little things, I just picked them up when I spotted them. For big stuff, like a crib, I waited til like 20 weeks I think. After my shower (at 38 weeks), I went to target and finished up getting bare essentials with a gift card— only had about $100 worth of stuff left to buy!

I lost a baby at 21 weeks so this pregnancy didn’t buy anything until 35 weeks and still nervous

I find out gender on the 26th! So exciting... 
I'd love to shop but I just had my daughter last year so there not much I need other then some furniture and a double stroller. 
And of course if it's a boy then some clothes but we won't know for awhile!
