We have been exclusively breastfeeding for 8 months today except for a few bites of solids here and there, I still have not gotten a period. Every month that goes by I’m relieved to not have to deal with it yet but also nervous that the longer I go without one the worse it will be when it comes 😭 when did you get your period back and was it horrible??

Also side note, when did your baby start eating “meals”? I always offer breast first so she is getting most of her nutrients from that, but she literally only takes a couple of bites of food and she is done should she be eating more at 8 months old?
