Today I went to the doctors office and they told me I was not pregnant but still had no period they said it could be stress it could go on for months but to come back in maybe 3-4 months to see if i still have my period. What do you guys think is going on?

It could be exactly what your doctor said. Like the other comment mentions, it could be a million other things or it could be nothing. Sometimes your body is just off.

Honestly the list is dam near endless sooo many things effect your period not just pregnancy and stress obviously they are the main causes for missed/ unusual periods but it can be anything, diet exercise weight gain/ loss, environmental factors change in season some medications or vitamins there’s not definite thing to say stops period but many factors that can cause it to be late.
