Pls Advice!

I gave birth on Thursday and my nipples got scar tissue on the second day and blood came out along with the pain.

I can't feed my baby and scared rn that the milk may stop or that after healing the baby might not want to be breast feed.

Should i be scared or just wait a little for my nipples to heal?

Is there a way to help me?!

Update:

I've been following everyone's advice and started to feel better. Used creams and bought breast pump as well and only breast feed once a day or as long as i don't feel intense pain or burning sensation.
