Got mine today but I’ve heard it’s controversial! Just wanting to see what y’all think 😊 please no shaming or catfighting! Also, this is is NOT a post meant to start a vaccine fight!! Just want some input!

It has surprised me that anyone said no! It’s SO important to have. Contracting flu while pregnant can cause serious complications and even stillbirth! I might not like needles but if it reduces the risk of harm to my baby, I’m all for it 👍🏻

I never have and never will. That is one shot that I'll never take so I certainly wont be putting it in my body whilst pregnant either.

I had the flu when I discovered I was pregnant in February and got the shot (other strand) soon after. 
I forget how much the flu makes you feel like you’re dying, and my seven year old has asthma, so us both having it this year hospitalized her.

Nope sure didn't and will not! And its definitely not because I hate needles or am anti vaxx lol. The flu shot its literally so pointless. I've had it twice and both times ended up with the damn flu!! Since refusing I've never had it since and that's been years.

No. I'm 14w4d and I won't be getting the flu shot. Reason being is I'm 42 years old and I've never had the flu shot, pregnant or not. I also haven't had the flu in 7 years - so I think my immune system is pretty good by itself. I do vaccinate my children (I have 5). However, I don't put anything into my body or their bodies that isn't absolutely necessary.
