Too early for a ‘mum bob’??

We’re heading into warmer weather where I live and I’m so over my long hair. Going to chop it off haha. Hopefully it’s not just hormones making me feel this way 😂. Anyone else planning major hair changes??

Long hair is far easier to throw into a mum bun or pony tail trust me! Keep the long locks, mum bob sounds ideal but I find it takes way more effort to manage!

With my first pregnancy my friends kept asking me if I was going to get a mom cut, I was like naaaaah. 2 weeks after I had my daughter I was like, I should cut my hair 🤔😮 and I chopped it off! Loved it. I wouldn’t say it’s easier, because it made me do my hair almost daily because I couldn’t just throw it up, but it did take less time to do than long hair, and I had a weird desire to look put together after having her. You just feel so gross after having a baby and I have the mindset of “look good feel good” so it made me feel better. 👍🏻 my hair has been short since so I want to grow it out while these hormones are making my hair grow faster 😂

II got a pixie cut when I got pregnant with my daughter so it was about shoulder length when I had her, I just used a lot of headbands to keep it out of my face, but overall easy to manage. When mine gets long it tangles easily so I try to keep it short most the time. I did the same thing this time around, I had got a pixie cut a few month before I got pregnant so it will probably be past my shoulders a bit when this baby comes, I’m thinking about getting a bob and dying the ends a different color.

After I had my son I chopped my hair off. Now that it’s 3 years later and I’m having another, I’m letting my hair get long enough for pony tails. Easier for in the hospital and recovery, and the long tiring process of getting used to having 2 kids. Maybe this time next year I’ll chop it off again.

I think it depends on hair type. I have wavy/curly hair that needs product and scrunching when it’s short to look good. 
I’ve been growing it out and it’s much lower maintenance to wear it in a ponytail or braid. 
My sister, on the other hand, has fine, straight hair and her mom bob is super low maintenance and looks really cute.

I keep seeing pictures of me from last year with short curly pink hair and I’m really tempted to cut it and dye it again but I know I’ll regret it 😂

Never to early but can totally understand. I have long thick hair and I'm due in the thick of our summer 🙈 i personally know I'd regret chopping my locks
