Painful Contractions only at night

Hi, anyone had this? second pregnancy.

I keep getting contractions at night painful ones they start mild at about 8.30ish and I will go bed early just incase and will wake me up at 11ish as they become stronger, I can't sleep with them they come every tenish minutes.

Everytime I think it the real thing so I get in the bath and try go back to sleep and wait for them get worse.

I do find it hard to sleep then I finally manage to get to sleep and they stop then I'm left with period type pains the next day.

This has happened 3 times in the last two weeks 39 weeks tomorrow

I'm also loseing my plug but in small bits and no bloody show.
