Can you vaginally deliver twins??

I’m sure it’s possible, but I’m not sure. Is it even possible? Or is it common knowledge that it’s not? I’ve no idea, I’m a first-time mom and I apologize for my ignorance.

It’s possible to deliver one vaginally so why not two. I know people who have given birth two twins vaginally with no problems, so yes. 😀

I’m being induced on Sunday to deliver my di/di girls vaginally! They’ve both stayed head down for most of my pregnancy. From what my OB said, once A is delivered, he holds B in place and guides her down that way she doesn’t try to turn or flip.

My mom delivered my twin brother and Me vaginally and I hope to do the same for my twins. It is absolutely doable.

I gave birth to both of my boys vaginally 👋 when I first found out I was having twins, I wanted the c section 100% because I thought vaginal delivery of one baby sounded so scary and painful, I couldn't imagine two! But I later on in my pregnancy decided, screw it. I want to have a vaginal delivery of both babies. And so I did! It wasn't a cake walk (baby A got stuck and so my boys were 40 minutes apart! Which is a long time!) But I loved it. I'm so happy I was able to do it.

Yes I did almost a year ago next week! There’s actually no reason to have them via c section unless they aren’t both head down just like in a single pregnancy. Sometimes people elect c sections because they are scared baby B will flip after baby A comes out. So unless you have a medical condition that calls for a c section or prefer it then there’s no reason not to. Having twins isn’t necessarily a medical condition not to.
