How many times should I pump at work?

I am going back to work and really can’t pump every two hours but how many times should I try.

I work from 8-5 - wake my LO up at 7 am or before, pump after she feeds and sleeps if i feel like she didnt empty them out, pump at 10am 2pm and then feed her when i get home.

I used to do 3 times at work and once on the way into work. I drive about 40 mins to work and got a adapter for the cigarette lighter plug and just put on a Muslim blanket while driving 😂 im sure it was a sight to see. Then once at work I would pump around 9, 12 and 3. Feed baby at 6 when we got home

I pump twice at work 730-430. So I pump in the morning when I wake up, at 10 and 2 and then at home around 7

I work 12 hour shifts and can usually get away twice during work to pump. I get up at 5, feed my baby, pump afterwards, get ready for work then feed baby again at 630, then I pump at 1000 and 200, feed baby when I get home at 730
