Back massager?

My back has been killing me, and it just feels tired. Idk how to explain it. But I desperately need a massage. My husband sucks at it 🙄. Where do I get a back massager? What’s the best kind? Can you use them while pregnant?

You should set up an appointment with a masseuse to work out all the tension. I like to foam roll and stretch in between massages.

I have this one.. INCREDIBLE! just Amazon search back massager and read reviews first because theres multiple different kinds that all look the same.

They arent recommended because it can cause contractions from what I hear. Not sure if that's 100% but you should ask your doctor.
