Anyone ever had thyroid problems during pregnancy?

This is my second pregnancy. Didnt have this issue with my first. Dr just called and said my thyroid levels were off in my initial bloodwork. So they're having me come back in tomorrow for more bloodwork to check my thyroid levels... I have no idea what to expect. Anyone dealt with this? What do they do if there is a problem?

I have had Hasimotos hypothyroid for 15 years as well as through all four pregnancies. I take two different types of medication: one for T4 and one for T3. I am seen every month while pregnant by an endocrinologist to make sure my TSH, Free T4 and T3 stay within range. 
For my first two pregnancies I was seen for my thyroid once every trimester. 
My third pregnancy as well as my current I have and will be seen every month by the specialists only because I am older and the autoimmune component of thyroid disease can be tricky to manage. 
My case is a little extreme. You can expect for your doctor to pay a little more attention, possible medication in low doses.  Remember that your dose may change during pregnancy simply because your weight will change.  Do not be alarmed if your dose changes a few times.

I have preexisting thyroid issues, so I’m being monitored throughout the pregnancy. 
They may have you start a low dose medication and continue monitoring to make sure the dosage is correct. It’s not a huge issue as long as they manage it!
