Any tips/suggestions?
I am fairly happy where I am physically, just want to build up some arm strength and work a little on flexibility. My one main goal is to be able to do the splits though, just to say I can. Any ideas on how I can get there? I’m already fairly flexible just can’t quite make it to the split. Also, best way to build arm strength with no equipment? I got some weak flabby arms. 😂
