Kangaroo care?

So I’ve recently discovered kangaroo shirts for skin to skin! I’d love to practice kangaroo care as long as possible, but especially when babe is a newborn. How should I word it when I tell people or make an announcement on Facebook that we’re doing this, before they come over and think I’m just not letting them hold him? I mean I am kind of stingy with my children to begin with, but because I don’t like germs. My first spent 8 days in the hospital with bronchiolitis and pneumonia so I’m definitely picky about people being around my kids. I just want people to be aware before they show up (usually unannounced🙄) and think they automatically need to hold him
