Weight Loss!
So I’m 15 and just got my period today. (Hella late in life ikr). I’m overweight for my age and I know it could be bloating or just no self confidence like everyone tells me but do y’all have any tips on weight loss or good excercises to do? Since I’m young I dont really get to control my eating in my house because I have to eat whatever my parents buy. Pls help I’ve been called ugly and fat before

I know a lot of people might say just ignore others and I do I just want to do this for myself because my doctor says I need to lose some weight for health reasons
