Teething HELP!! FTM

My babe is turning 12 weeks tomorrow and for the past 4 days she’s been sooo fussy especially during feedings and fighting me during feeds. She normally eats 4oz but she’s only having about 1-3oz per feeding , she bites at the nipple and pushes the bottle away , she also does this on my breast tugs at my nipple and just goes on and off . She’s even trying to put her hands in her mouth while eating. Iv given her Hylands teething tabs , wellements teething oil , and Camillia . She won’t take teething toys , frozen , rubber , plastic .

Nothing seems to help . Any advice? When do I seek professional help? , I am worried she is not eating enough throughout the day. She is still having enough wet and poop diapers through the day and no fever.
