Second time mom with cerclage in place. I’m currently 31 weeks and 5 days! I got into a car accident on Monday (thank god we are all okay) but the doctor said my cervix was soft and I was 1cm dilated is that normal? She mentioned pushing taking out my cerclage a week later..
