How long does fenugreek stay in our system?

Never will I ever take ANYTHING with Fenugreek in it. I'm so SAD my baby has HORRIBLE Gas and tummy trouble due to this. I started taking it last week and WOW I was impressed with how it built my supply! I was Producing like crazy! I'm talking a steady 8 oz each breast every 2 hours! It was insane, but I'm only now putting it together that this is the reason my poor baby is in so much pain from gas. I feel horrible. How long until it leaves my system completely!? Last dose was this after about lunch time. I wont be giving him milk I've pumped while I used fenugreek I've frozen it for when hes older and able to handle it better (hes only 1month) so I will be supplementing until this shit is out of my system. I feel so stupid I didnt look into it sooner as to why my baby cant be soothed or calm smh, but this is the only change I've made so it HAS to be this. I've doubled and tripled checked every other box and it all leads to this. I feel so bad. 😭😭 ladies if you plan to use fenugreek, please be aware it can affect baby pretty badly. Not saying it happens to everyone, just sharing my experience. How long until it gets out of my system? Any experiences with this? TIA
