Growth spurt/cluster feeding

Baby girl is 2 weeks old today (holy cow that flew) and she’s been throwing me through a loop. She’s been fussy, cranky, and restless all day and has started an intense cluster feed tonight that just will not quit. She literally nurses a few minutes passes out, and I can only get her to sleep for about 15 minutes before she’s ready to go again. She’s been nursing every 30mins-1 hour. Her diapers have been consistent so I’m not worried about supply but boy is this wearing me out. I’m thinking she’s going through a growth spurt? Thoughts, advice, support? All much appreciated.
