First round failed :( Femara vent

This last month I did my first round ever of Femara. I did 5MG CD 5-9, I also took Cassava Root.. I got an extremely dark positive LH CD 11, but my progesterone blood draw came back as negative for ovulation. Today is currently CD 2 for me, I am in pain and over it 🙄🙄🙄

But. I am starting Femara 7.5MG, CD 3-7 tomorrow! I’m really hoping I respond to this. I have a follicular study on CD 12. Has anyone else had similar experiences with a good outcome??? I’m so nervous. Even taking the pills before bed, I still have the worst headaches and hot flashes of my life. Not looking forward to this higher dose. Praying I respond to it this time!
