Changing baby middle of night

My daughter sleeps in a cosleeper so I would hear her poop at night and of course change her immediately. Now she rarely does during the night but still wakes once or twice to nurse, doesn’t fully awake I just nurse her a few minutes and lay her back down. Would you still be changing babies diaper knowing they’re probably my wet risking waking them full up or let them sleep?
