Chills/possible fever at night?

Hi I’m 6w1d and the last couple nights I been feeling like I had a fever! It’s mainly just at night, and I’ll get super cold and come down w the chills and everything but I’ll eventually fall asleep and be normal in that category by morning! Anybody else? Is this normal? I don’t own a thermometer so I can’t actually confirm my temperature. Any advice/feedback is welcome! My OB won’t give me any advice until my 8 week appointment which is stupid as crap in my opinion.
