what can I take I'm 16 weeks pregnant and my nose is stuffed and running and sneezing alot ugh my doc said zertic during the day and benadryl at night ???

A stuffy, runny nose is common during pregnancy. Not much you can do for it other than let it run its course.

My doc said that was perfectly fine and normal

I had a rash and did exactly that, Zyrtec during the day and Benadryl at night. Helped for my rash so I could sleep at least!
