Spotting
So I am 6 weeks 3 days today and have not had any spotting thus far. When I wiped the mucus has pink blood in it and I am so worried now. I have been cramping since before I even found out I was expecting. I am not cramping right now though.
My doctors office is closed so I can’t call. First pregnancy and absolutely terrified. TMI pic. Any advice is appreciated.
