When will I look pregnant?

I've always been heavier set I started off my pregnancy at 198Lbs 5'5" and now I'm at 200lbs 5'5" at 22 weeks  and I know I've gotten bigger but everyones accusing me of lying about being pregnant (No I've never done that before nor
 have I done anything to make people assume I'm lying it's just cause I don't look pregnant) I've been on bedrest since my first trimester due to complications and people are pushing me to go to the gym thinking I'm just being lazy and gaining weight.. when will I LOOK pregnant?
