Hcg/blighted ovum question

I had an ultrasound on what I’m really sure was 5 weeks 4 days and all that was seen was an empty sac measuring 4 weeks and something days. Doctor didn’t say much other than that it may be too early but as much as I tried to stay positive I’ve been really upset and I’m convinced it’s a blighted ovum because I’m almost positive of when I ovulated plus I only had sex once before it. The most I feel I could be off on dates is a day or 2

The same day I had that ultrasound my hcg was 5,402 then 3 days later it was 16,254.... so my hcg is good but can it still be like that with a blighted ovum??

My next ultrasound is tomorrow morning which is a week after the first. I’m really nervous 😔

I really feel so alone and like I have no support about this. My husband doesn’t understand any of this and neither does anyone else I’ve talked to. Anyone have any thoughts?

Update: this is what my ultrasound today saw. There was a yolk sac and what I think is a fetal pole but the tech wouldn’t tell me anything. Said I’m 6 weeks 2 days. No heart beat but I go back Monday and hope to see it
