Morning Sickness
I know morning sickness is VERY common in the first trimester. But guys, I literally feel miserable. I’ve tried increasing my water intake, meditation, switching what time I take my prenatal, naps, and eating more often in smaller portions. I basically live with a sleeve of saltines and water bottle by my side. I thankfully have not thrown up ‘yet.’
My question is, have any of you ladies found hacks for nausea or found things that gave you some relief?
I’m 6 weeks 2 days. Ultrasound looked good and my hCG quant is tripling every 72 hours.
