I’m so confused !?

Okay so I’m on cycle day 46, I tested the day my period was late and then I tested about a week after my period was late, and I’m going to Vegas this weekend and I thought okay let me check again since no period... and

And before you guys say “ it’s a positive duh” this was about an hour after I took it, I waited the 3 minutes but I was like it’s a no looked at it fast and threw it away. After an hour my step sister asked me about and I showed it to her and boom... I’m going to take another but I’m just think it is possible or is it a mistake and it’s just the test? I’m kinda scared and nervous to take another one, should I wait for the morning? Or can I take it right now? My head is just everywhere
