Formula fed / vomiting

My son of 2 weeks old was being fed tonight, he had little less than 2 oz of formula.

I’ve never changed his formula and this kind was all he ever drank besides breastmilk which I am on/off with due to medication.

But anyways , he just vomited all over me and it was like chunky formula or curled milk.

Should I be concerned or was he just drinking too fast and not digesting properly ?

After he burped and we got it all out, he fell right asleep like normal but the consistency of the vomit was concerning as he never done that before
