Help 5 weeks with pain

For some reason when i lay on my right side i get this weird feeling on my stomch. Like not really pain but ig it would kinda be. Like pressure or something like that idk how to explain it. Its only when i lay on my right side and its the left side of my stomch though. Im 5 weeks and 4 days. Is this normal? Ita in this area right below my ribs kinda. I have it while standing right now which is a first. Its always just when im laying on my right side. Now it is both sides like an inch or 2 under my boobs. The picture is where it started at.

This is where the pain is now and its worse. Its slowly moving up higher. Is this normal???
