Clogged duct at 33 weeks?!

I hope I'm posting this in the right group! I breastfed my daughter until she was 18 months- she's now a little over 3 and I'm 33 weeks pregnant. I've felt like I have a clogged duct or the beginning of mastitis since last night - I haven't leaked at all this pregnancy but did a hot compress and massage- and got tons of colostrum but I'm still in severe pain - and it's hot to the touch and red . I have a doctors appointment tomorrow- but in the meantime - anyone experience this ? Help? Thanks!
