Frantic Breastfeeding

My LO is 5 weeks old and on occasion, like tonight 😭, she gets frantic while breastfeeding. It only happens at night. She’ll be nursing perfectly fine for like 10 mins and then she will start screaming, crying, whimpering, kicking, and flailing while still latched. She’ll let go and then start rooting and screaming even louder until I get the boob back in her mouth. This goes on for several hours. I’ll check her diaper, burp her, give her the paci, walk her around to try and calm her, etc. I’ve tried simethicone drops during these times as well. Nothing calms her.

Any ideas of what this could be??
