Devastation

My husband and I went for our 7w scan today... there was only an empty sac and no blueberry sized embryo like we were hoping to see. So horrible. We have been trying for two years and this pregnancy was from our second round of IVF 😔

Ive had no bleeding. As it’s Friday afternoon the technician said there is not much they can do... she said to contact my GP on Monday and see if they recommend waiting for it to pass naturally or do a D&C... I’m wondering, if you’ve been through this, what would you recommend doing (if I get a choice that is)?
