What am I doing wrong?
My baby is a fantastic napper. She usually takes 2 hour naps, which I wake her up from to avoid her getting too much daytime sleep. But she’s been waking up multiple times every night & needing help to fall back asleep. Some of her night stretches are even shorter than a typical nap for her. I’ve heard that nighttime sleep is supposed to come before naps & that’s just not the case for us. Is there something I could be doing to fix this? Should I cut her naps even shorter?
