Bedtime routines
What do your bedtime routines look like? We usually do bath, book, boob and bed. My babe is EBF but I want to start giving her a bottle of breastmilk vs me breastfeeding her so her dad, grandma or someone else can put her down in case we decide to go on date night or something. Nothing planned yet but I just don’t want her needing me to go to bed for the night.
