1st OB appt

I’m sitting her in the office and I’m getting nervous as hell (excuse my language). Had my ultrasound done and all the tech seen was a yolk sac. We came 3 weeks ago and apparently was too early. I was measuring 5w6d then with 2 yolk sacs. One was empty and one had a fetal pole in it. Appt scheduled for today to see if second baby developed. But as I sit here waiting for the dr to come in. I can’t help but to think that there should have been a fetal pole in one. Especially beings tho we see the one the first time. I don’t want to think the worse but I can’t help it. Then I thought the second one was behind. So maybe the one that had the fetal pole in it isn’t there anymore 😢. But the one that didn’t is just that far behind. I don’t even know if that’s possible. But my mind is just racing.
