Something is wrong with my vulva

Okay guys there’s something wrong with my vulva.

It gets itchy when I wear underwear and today I found out that the skin of somewhere near my vulva’s lower lips (sorry if my English sucks idk how to say where it is) is softer and lighter; like, it’s kinda light pink but the other parts (that are normal and not itchy) are darker.

As I said, it gets itchy only when I wear underwear.

So can anyone help me?? I’m kinda freaking out. I’m traveling soon and I’m afraid it will get worse or sth😫
