First vaccinations - Updated

My daughter had her first round of vaccinations today at 2 months old, but ever since we got back from the doctors she has been crying and sleeping. She hasn’t had any time of being awake without crying what seems to be quite violently. Is she just uncomfortable from the injection sites? She’s usually very easy going and I’m a little worried.

Update - I was feeling a lot better about her and now feel not so good again. She hasn’t had a fever (the highest rectal we got was 99.9) but she hasn’t pooped now in almost 24 hours when she normally poops twice a day. She also hasn’t had many wet diapers, and just slept for a straight 6 hours after her bath, which is unusual. I feel so silly because all of this could be absolutely normal, but being a FTM makes me worry about every little change in her normal habits :(
