When you have your period is it constant or off and on
Like constant as in you have no choice to either over flow or change pad/tampon every 1-3 hrs or off and on as in if you wanted to you could use only 1 or 2 on all day. Sorry weird I know my cycle this month is wacky and usually I’m constant but IF I wanted to I could’ve only used 1 pad but of course that’s gross
