Vaginal delivery with herpes! Help

So I know you can delivery vaginally if you're not having a breakout. But I JUST found out I have herpes, i have a small bump that I thought was an ingrown hair or pimple but I had the Dr look anyway and she tested and it came back positive for herpes. I started medication but I feel like my baby will be here soon and if I still have that bump down there will I still be able to deliver vaginally or will I have to have a c section? I don't want anything to happen to my baby so I'm just wondering what they will do but I'm terrified of a c section! The bump isn't by the inside part, it's like further out on the putter lip part
