What are my chances of a BFP?

I’m hoping for a BFP this month! I have PCOS and endosalpingiosis. Had an HSG done at the beginning of the month my RE said that sometimes the HSG can clear things out so we should go ahead and try! 🤞🏾and 👶🏾 dust
